Thank you for all of your amazing contributions to Emerge. Without friends, sponsors, contributors, and partners like you, Emerge’s support of our local aspiring artist community would not be possible. And we want to take it so much further! And that’s where you all can take part.
When Emerge first opened its doors back in 2015, we started with minimal class offerings and monthly gallery shows. As Emerge has evolved and carved its place in the Coeur d’Alene art community, it has tripled its programming and expanded far beyond monthly gallery shows. On a monthly basis there are 25-30 classes, open studios, and workshops serving 85 – 100+ students. Since its inception, Emerge has paid out over $40,000 to local artists, musicians, and performers. With a minimal commission, Emerge gives more in art sales back to artists than commercial gallery spaces. In addition, we host opening receptions in our gallery every second Friday of the month, poetry nights, open print sessions, live music, and artist support lectures and workshops.
